In order for points to count towards year-end awards, riders (equitation), horses, and their owners (performance divisions) must be registered effective the same day that points were earned.

Membership begins on the date of receipt of paid application and signed Waiver Release. The responsibility of such recording shall rest entirely with the exhibitor.

Membership for the 2026 season begins December 1, 2025 and is valid through November 30, 2026.
